MAPLE PROJECTS
Distinctive, high quality projects in prime locations.
ABOUT US
At Maple Projects we focus on distinctive, high quality projects in niche markets and prime locations.
The management team at Maple Projects has been actively involved in Canadian real estate since 1986. Currently managing a growing portfolio of over $400 million, we have owned and managed large residential projects in both Vancouver, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta. As asset managers, we oversee a large rental portfolio and develop condominium projects and townhomes.
In addition to our residential portfolio, we manage and operate several hotels as well as commercial office space; our broad range of experience throughout the real estate market has given us a unique perspective on what Canadians are looking for, in terms of both lifestyle and living quality. It is our pride and privilege to promote community living in prime locations and niche markets.
